Asson Zoo has moved away from Halloween to celebrate the Mexican holiday El Dia De los Muertos: a colorful and festive celebration!
Indeed, this holiday, which originated in Central America, is more in keeping with their conception and with the American species they keep (birds, monkeys, ocelots, maned wolves).
El Dia de los Muertos brings together the living and the dead in joyous festivities. In Asson, garlands, pennants, balloons, pinatas, calaveras (skulls) and of course the famous Catrina (a female skeleton) are invited to brighten up the park.

A bag of sweets awaits all children at the zoo reception desk in exchange for the magic word!
