Marie Bruneau and Bertrand Genier came to the Pays de Nay for an artist-in-residence program.
Here they present a few fragments of their graphic work (collages and counterpoints) placed in context, in collaboration with six artisanal and industrial businesses that have grown here in the Pays de Nay and continue to produce and innovate today at the foot of and within sight of the mountains, far from the major metropolitan areas. This is an opportunity to make visible (and perhaps more accessible?) a bit of the uniqueness of this region’s imagination.

In other words, it is about both “making the Pyrenees” and “making the Pays de Nay.”

Exhibition in conjunction with the release of the book “ATLAS OF THE PYRENÉAN IMAGINATION” Presentation of the book “Atlas de l’Imaginaire Pyrénéen” on Thursday, October 8, at 6 p.m. at the Espace Culturel.
