General description :
Housed in a traditional Béarn farmhouse, the factory was in operation from 1919 to 1984:
- An open-air exhibition from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm on the history of weaving, machines and processed products.
- Guided tours of the old workshops, where all the machines are listed as Historic Monuments: 9 looms, a cannetière, and a warping machine with all its spools of colored linen, wool and cotton threads.
With the participation of students from the Lycée des Métiers d'Art de Coarraze (upholsterer section).
Bookings required at 10am, 10:30am, 11am and 2pm, 3pm, 4pm and 5pm.
