General description :
Monday to Friday morning
day 1: Welcome of participants and introduction to kayaking in calm water in front of the Nay kayak base
Day 2: Water games and learning the basics of kayak safety
Day 3: Kayak excursion on a short course with instructor supervision
Day 4: White-water rafting trip on the Gave de Pau river
Day 5: Final kayak outing to put into practice everything learned during the course, followed by a group picnic

This program is open to all participants aged 8 and over and anyone who can swim ("savoir nager" certificate required).

It is supervised by qualified instructors and offers fun and educational activities for discovering kayaking in complete safety.
