With the fortified Castet-Bielh overhanging it, Asson is a very former agro-pastoral community. Archaeological and historic discoveries were made there, so numerous that they were unequalled on the Pays de Nay, also tend to prove that it was very powerful. This heritage walk offers a discovery of the reunion with the district of Castet Nau (new castle) already existing at the time of the birth of the village in the Middle Ages. It is also the opportunity to discover certain aspects of the daily life of Asson in different times.
