Start your day with a visit to the Conservatoire des légumes Anciens in Assat, which was awarded the "jardin remarquable" label in 2025. (open Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm until October 31, 2025). In this orchard garden, discover a wide range of plant species: fruits, vegetables and plants.
Then stop off at one of Pays de Nay's restaurants for a delicious lunch, before heading off to meet the animals!
In the afternoon, visit the Asson Zoo in Asson and discover over 450 animals, some of which are in semi-liberty in the park! Feeding times for some of the animals are available daily on the Zoo's website, so be sure to check before you go for a memorable family experience.
And to round off this wonderful day, there's nothing better than a visit to one of the Pays de Nay's educational farms. Take your pick from: la chèvrerie Henry IV
